Storage

  • Wrap in damp kitchen towel or paper towel and store in an airtight container or bag in the fridge

  • If your kale has gone limp, try submerging it in an ice bath for at least half an hour - this can sometimes revive it

  • To freeze, wash, chop, blanch for about a minute, quickly cool in an ice bath, squeeze out excess water, pack into an airtight bag or container, and place in freezer.
