Wrap in damp kitchen towel or paper towel and store in an airtight container or bag in the fridge
If your kale has gone limp, try submerging it in an ice bath for at least half an hour - this can sometimes revive it
To freeze, wash, chop, blanch for about a minute, quickly cool in an ice bath, squeeze out excess water, pack into an airtight bag or container, and place in freezer.
