Storage

• Remove tops to save room in the fridge, and prevent them from drawing moisture from your carrots

• Store carrots in an airtight bag or container in the fridge

• Wait to wash carrots until just before use

• If saving, store carrot tops in an airtight bag or container with a damp paper towel
